We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please follow our policy below for returns and refunds:

1. Return & Refund Window

  • Time Limit: All return or refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must have all original tags attached.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Required Information: To process your request, please provide:

    • Your Order Number.

    • Clear photographs of the product (as proof of condition).

    • A detailed reason for the request.

3. Conditions for Approval

You are eligible for a refund or return in the following cases:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged or different from what you ordered, SAMINÉ WEAR will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Missing Items: Any missing components must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Order Cancellation: If the order is cancelled by us or due to a significant delay.

  • Change of Mind: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery charges.

4. Processing & Timeline

  • Review: Our team will review your WhatsApp request and respond within 24 hours.

  • Inspection: Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

  • Refund Period: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Payment Methods: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
